For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my career to the woodworking and cabinetry industry, helping clients transform ideas into functional and beautiful spaces.
Today, that experience serves a new purpose: helping homeowners make better decisions before investing in their projects.
My Story
My name is Norberto Soto, and woodworking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in my family’s woodworking shop in Isabela, Puerto Rico, where I learned the value of craftsmanship, responsibility, and hard work from my father and previous generations of our family.
As a third-generation woodworking professional, I spent more than three decades working in every aspect of the industry, including manufacturing, installation, project planning, design coordination, and customer service.
Throughout those years, I witnessed a common challenge.
Many homeowners were forced to make important decisions about cabinetry, materials, layouts, finishes, and project planning without having an experienced professional guiding them through the process.
The result was often confusion, stress, costly mistakes, and missed opportunities.
That experience inspired me to create Consulting Elements Wood.

We do not represent a specific contractor or supplier.
Our role is to provide independent guidance, professional insight, and practical experience so our clients can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
